The Extended Edition Selfie Stick (9.8FT). You paid some good cash to get the camera and now you need to get the views. This is my recommendation for that. This thing is just solid. It takes the weight of my camera and cage with no issue. If it is windy just make sure you get it screwed in properly. It is a must have in my opinion. I take this stick with me everywhere.

The FlyMile Insta360 X6 Cage is one of those accessories that instantly makes the camera feel more secure and easier to handle. It gives the X6 a solid protective frame, adds better mounting options, and keeps the camera safe when shooting in busy spots like Balboa Park or windy areas like Imperial Beach. The cage also helps with stability when walking, especially if you’re using longer selfie sticks or switching between mounts. Overall, it’s a simple upgrade that makes the X6 feel more rugged and ready for everyday filming. It does at a bit of weight but its the cost you pay to protect your gear. Worth it. When I’m out at Balboa Park or walking the Imperial Beach pier, having this case means I never worry about running out of battery mid‑recording. Insta360 X6 Xtreme Battery
If you only picked up the camera and can afford just one accessory right now, make it an extra battery. Nothing kills a filming day faster than running out of power right when you’re trying to capture something good. I’ve had plenty of moments out at Balboa Park or Imperial Beach where the backup battery saved the whole shoot. Do yourself a favor and grab at least one spare so you’re never stuck with a dead camera. Shooting at 4k 30 will give you about 2 hours record time. Two of these was enough for me. Will depend on how long you plan to shoot and what resolution.
GoPro 40in (1m) Carbon Fiber Extension Pole
If the 3‑meter stick feels like too much for you, no problem. This GoPro 40‑inch (1m) carbon fiber pole has become my favorite shorter option, and it works perfectly with the Insta360 X6. It’s solid, lightweight, and way easier to manage when walking around Balboa Park or shooting along Imperial Beach. The build quality is legit, the carbon keeps it strong without adding weight, and overall it’s just a great everyday pole I fully recommend.
